Elaine (Toppall) and Howard Salter of
Olney, Md., are delighted to announce
the birth of their son, Matthew Louis
(Monis Label). Sharing in their joy are
Marcia and Harold Toppall of Silver
Spring, Md., and Arlene and Harold
Salter of Commerce Township, all first-
time grandparents. Elated first-time great-
grandmother is Eve Herman of West
Bloomfield. Matthew Louis is named in
loving memory of his paternal great-

Bring your tambourines, your memories of ARLENE, and we will celebrate - through
song and dance - the role Jewish women have played throughout our history.
