ALL OUR CHILDREN from page 87
My name is Jennie Beitner.
Ernie Harwell autographed a raffle
prize at Jewish Home and Aging
Services' installation.
I came to JAMD from West
Hills Middle School. I wasn't
sure whether I'd fit in, but it
took only a week before I
realized that JAMD was the
perfect place for me. I've made
new friends even among the
older grades. I am the secretary
of the 9th grade student govern-
ment, I helped start the tennis
team, and I play varsity volley-
ball. I love the academics and
especially the Bible class for
kids who've never studied at a
day school. Now I realize I have
everything I would at a public
school plus the extra benefit of
Jewish studies, and I still keep
in touch with all my old friends.
I can't imagine going to high
school anywhere else.
