Mr. Mulias was a
partner of Mulias and
Ellias Department Store
in Trenton and for 50
years was the oldest sur-
viving member of the
Trenton Exchange Club. Isadore Mulias
He was also a member
of the Trenton Masonic
Lodge and built the
Beth Isaac Synagogue in Trenton and
rebuilt it after an arson fire in the late
1960s.
Mr. Mulias is survived by his son, Mark
David Mulias of Ohio; daughter and son-
in-law, Shane Nancy and Michael
Burchyett of Ann Arbor; grandchildren,
Sam Max, Aliza Rose and Erin Rae
Burchyett. He was the beloved husband of
the late Francine Mulias.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.

JOYCE OPPENHEIM, 56, of West
Bloomfield, died Dec. 28, 2002. She was
an attorney, who graduated from the
Detroit College of Law. She was also a
member of Temple Israel.
Ms. Oppenheim is survived by her
daughter, Dr. Tracey Oppenheim of West
Bloomfield and her daughter's partner, Dr.
Iva Smolens; mother, Estelle Makrouer of
West Bloomfield; sister and brother-in-
law, Ronda and- Dr. Gerald Kushner of
California. She was the loving mother of
the late Eileen Oppenheim; beloved
daughter of the late Hy Makrouer.
Interment at Clover Hill Park Cemetery.

Calif, formerly of Detroit, died Jan. 5,
2003.

Bertha Levine, Ethel Levine; grandchil-

McNamee, Sarah McNamee; great-grand-

Kayla Herold. Mrs. Paul was the beloved
