She is survived by her husband of

Gardens; son and daughter-in-law,
Donald and Carla Landy of Punta
Gorda, Fla.; grandchildren, Howard
and Tracey Freedland, Sheryl

JERRY MUSKOVITZ, 73, of West
Bloomfield, died Dec. 9, 2002. He
was a fine arts photographer, who
studied with Ansel Adams, and in his
early years helped out in his family's
plumbing business. He was also a
member of B'nai B'rith, a life mem-
ber of Adat Shalom Synagogue and a
past member of its men's club.
Mr. Muskovitz is survived by his
wife of 45 years, Alice Muskovitz;
daughter, Melissa "Missy" Muskovitz;
son and daughter-in-law, Steven and
Irina Muskovitz of West Bloomfield.
He was the loving son of the late
Isadore and the late Mollie
Muskovitz; dear brother of the late
Dave Muskovitz and the late Roseall
Kopman.
Interment at Adat. Shalom
Memorial Park. Contributions may

MICHAEL "MICKEY" NEWMAN,
60, of San Diego, formerly of
Detroit, died Dec. 8, 2002. He was a
life member of Perfection Lodge F &
AM and very active with the
Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Mr. Newman is survived by his
wife, Cynthia Corman Newman;
daughter, Stephanie Newman; son,
Richard Newman; granddaughter,
Clare Hogston; sister, Marlene
Meyers; father-in-law and mother-in-
law, Abe and Leah Corman.
Interment in San Diego.

ANNE PARZEN, 86, of Southfield,

was an office manager at the law firm
of Parzen & Parzen.

was a 1933 grad-
uate of Northern
High School,
where she won a
statewide typing
and shorthand
competition, a
skill that allowed
her to work and
help support her
family during the
