grandparents are Herb and Marge Kay
of Sylvan Lake and Marvin Weisman
of West Bloomfield. He is also the
grandson of the late
Marie Weisman.
He is fortunate to
have a great-grand-
mother, Estelle Kay.
Brandon attends
Berkshire Middle
School in
Birmingham,
where he is a mem-
ber of the Geology
Club. He enjoys basketball, golf,
swimming and snowboarding and is
looking forward to attending Camp
Tanuga in Kalkaska this summer. For
his mitzvah project, Brandon has been
a mentor and companion to a new
friend he met through Farmington
Hills-based JARC. He enjoyed spend-
ing a couple days per month with his
friend. Brandon also helped plant
flowers at a JARC home last spring.

Melissa Lynne Kritzer (Malka Leah)
of Farmington Hills will be bat mitz-
vah at Adat Shalom Synagogue on
June 8. Participating in the ceremony
will be her parents,
Larry and Fay
Kritzer, and sister
Samantha Jill
Kritzer. Proud
grandmother is
Yetta Kritzer of
Southfield.
Melissa is an
honor student at
Dunckel Middle
School in Farmington Hills. She is
active in the school chorus. Her mitz-
vah projects included working with a
special needs child through the
Friendship Circle in West Bloomfield.
She also helped with students with
special needs in Detroit public
schools.

Erin Hillary Margolis of Ann Arbor
will become a bat
mitzvah on
Saturday, June 8, at
Beth Israel
Congregation. She
is the daughter of
Elaine and Barry
Margolis and the
sister of Benny and
Dana. Proud grand-
mother is Irene
Lusky of West Bloomfield. Erin is also
the granddaughter of the late Benjamin
Lusky, Ada and Isidor Margolis.
