is beginning a residency in psychia-
try at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing.
Dr. Sandra Schlaen Lerner of
Huntington Woods and Dr. Sherri
Rosenfeld of Farmington Hills are
beginning residencies in family prac-
tice at St. John Oakland Hospital in
Madison Heights. Dr. Rachel
Sussman of Warren is beginning a
traditional rotating internship at
Garden City Hospital.
Dr. Nat Pernick of Bingham Farms
is co-author of an article published
in the February 2002 issue of
Modern Pathology titled "Histologic
and Radiographic Analysis of Ductal
Carcinoma in Situ Diagnosed Using
Stereotactic Incisional Core Breast
Biopsy." The article is based on
research that was conducted by Dr.
Pernick and others during his
pathology residency and fellowship
at Wayne State University, Detrit.
