She also co-authored Working
Women for Freedom. Ms. Obst was
cataloguing the personal library of
Raya Dunayevskaya, author and
founder of Marxist-Humanism phi-
losophy in the U.S.; the collection
had been donated to the Walter
Reuther Library. She was also a
fierce advocate for women's libera-
tion and was a strong environmen-
talist and animal rights supporter.
Mr. Obst is survived by her par-
ents, Harold and Emily Obst of
West Palm Beach, Fla.; brothers,
James of Chicago, Anthony of
Summit, N.J. She was the wife of
the late Will Stein.
A memorial meeting is planned.
Contributions may be made to the
Raya Dunayevskaya Memorial Fund
of Chicago, the Humane Society or
American Lung Association.

MINA RADKEVICH, 75, of
Southfield, died April 10.
She is survived by her husband,
Ayzik Radkevich; sons and daugh-
ter-in-law, Semen Radkevich of
Southfield, Gregory and Zoya
Radkevich of Oak Park; daughter,
Bella Kringold of Russia; brother
and sister-in-law, Moysey and
Ludmila Isayev of Southfield; sister,
Maria Isayeva of Southfield; grand-
children, Olga, Marina, Mira and
Moysha, Alyona; great-grandchil-
dren, Bencion, Leya, Shlame, Sasha.
Interment at Hebrew Memorial
Park. Arrangements by Hebrew
Memorial Chapel.

IRMA R. SQUIRES, 79, of Tabor
crossing, Mass., died April 12. She
was president of Esquire Gas
Products Co. in Enfield Conn., a
family owned business. She was a
member of Temple Beth El and
treasurer of its sisterhood, former
member of Twin Hills Country
Club and past treasurer of its
Women's Golf Asso'ciation. In addi-
tion, Mrs. Squires was a life member
of Hadassah in Springfield, Mass.,
Women's American ORT, National
Council of Jewish Women and the
Springfield Jewish Community
Center.
She is survived by her sons,
William of Longmeadow, Mass., and
James of Charlotte, Vt.; brother,
Arthur Alpert of Watertown, N.Y.;
sister, Helen Naimark of
Farmington hills; grandchildren,
Maxine, Sarah and Michelle. She
was the wife of the late Robert
Squires.
