She enjoys snowboarding, attending
Tamarack Camps and being with
friends and family. Jordan has volun-
teered at Yad Ezra in Berkley and is
involved with JARC in Farminton Hills
and the Friendship Circle.

Adam Benjamin Taffel will become a
bar mitzvah at Temple Israel on

Middle School in Walled Lake, Adam
likes bowling, golf, drawing, art and
music. Volunteering at the Fleischman
Residence in West Bloomfield was espe-
cially meaningful to him as part of his
mitzvah project.

Harry Freid of Needham, Mass., will be
bar mitzvah at Mishkan Tefila in
Chestnut Hill,
Mass., on Saturday,
April 13.
Participating in the
ceremony will be
parents Kim and
Gerry Freid and
brother Jared. Proud
grandparents are
Irving and Beverly
Laker, Georgia and
Bill Freid; proud great-grandmother is
Sarah Laker. Harry is also the grandson
of the late Harry Laker.
Harry is a seventh-grade student at
Pollard Middle School in Needham. His
interests are hockey, basketball, football,
soccer and baseball. His mitzvah project
is working with the elderly at a nursing
home facility.

Schwartzenfeld of West
Bloomfield are delighted to
announce the engagement
of their daughter Alissa Ruth to
Jeremy Isaac Stolberg, son of Charles
and Carol Stolberg of Highland Park,
Ill.
Alissa graduated from the University
of Michigan with a bachelor's degree
in psychology. She is pursuing her
master's degree in clinical social work
at Loyola University Chicago.
Jeremy earned his bachelor's degree
in human resources and child devel-
opment at the University of Illinois-
Champaign. He is employed at the
Jewish Community Centers of
Metropolitan Chicago as a regional
director of sales and programming.
He also owns SIG Insurance, which
specializes in life insurance and long-
term care plans.
An August wedding is planned.

West Bloomfield are excited
to announce the engage-
ment of their daughter
Emily Caryn Dubb to Mark Alan
Eaton, son of Sharon Eaton of West
Bloomfield. Mark is also the son of
the late Kenneth Eaton Jr.
Emily received her bachelor of arts
degree and teaching certificate from
the University of Michigan. She is an
English teacher at North Farmington
High School; she will move to Troy
Athens High School in August. Emily
is pursuing her master's degree in -
English.
Mark is also a graduate of the
University of Michigan with a bache-
lor of arts degree. He is employed as
an account manager at the Gale
Group in Farmington Hills.
A July wedding is planned at
Temple Israel.

Faber of West Bloomfield are proud to

children Esti and Seth.
Esti graduated from the University of
Michigan-Dearborn with a bachelor's
degree in psychology. She earned her
master's in social work from Wayne
State University and is employed by
Havenwyck Hospital in Auburn Hills
as a clinical social worker.
Seth obtained his bachelor's degree
at the University of Michigan and his
medical degree at Wayne State
University School of Medicine. After
completing his pediatric residency at
Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak this
June, Seth will be joining Orchards
Pediatrics in West Bloomfield.
The couple plan to marry in June at
Temple Israel.
