ETHEL NISKAR, 95, of West
Bloomfield, died March 13.
She is survived by her grandchildren,
Lisa (Robert) Mazzola, Amanda Niskar;
daughter-in-law, Joanne Niskar. She was
the beloved wife of the late Max Niskar;
mother of the late Marvin Niskar and
Sharon Faust Niskar (Lynn Krayle).
Graveside services were held at the
Hebrew Memorial Park Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to the
Ethel Niskar Scholarship Fund do the
University of Michigan-School of
Nursing, Allumni Development Office,
400 N. Ingalls, Suite 1346, Ann Arbor,
MI 48109-0482. Arrangements by the

EDWARD L. RUBY, 59, of West
Bloomfield, died March 15. He was an
attorney and founding partner with
Williams, Williams, Ruby and Plunkett
for 30 years. He was also a graduate of
the Michigan State
University, Wayne State
University Law School
and a member of the
Law Review.
Mr. Ruby is survived
by his wife, Adrienne
Ruby; sons, Jonathan
Ruby, Brian Ruby, Eric
Edward
Ruby; sister and brother- Ruby
in-law, Iris and Michael
Lewiston of Birmingham; twin brother
and sister-in-law, Frederic and Leah
Ruby of West Bloomfield; mother-in-

of West Bloomfield, died March 18.
He is survived by his beloved wife,

Debra and Jeffrey Randa of
Birmingham, Andrea and Randy Weiss
of West Bloomfield; brothers and sis-
ters-in-law, Bernard and Brenda Porvin
of Palm Desert, Calif, Dennis and
Renee Porvin of Farmington Hills;
grandchildren, Daniel Weiss, Ava Rose
Randa, Aaron Silverman, Lily
Silverman. He was the loving son of
the late Sherman and Sophie Porvin.
Interment at B'nai Israel Cemetery.
