Middle School in
Oak Park. He plays
trumpet in the sev-
enth-grade band and jazz band. He also
plays guitar. Josh is on the Berkley
Force soccer team and plays on the
Norup basketball team. Josh's many
other interests include computers, base-
ball and summers at Tamarack Camps.
His most meaningful mitzvah project
has been visiting with the seniors at the
Coville Apartments in Southfield.
Samantha (Sammi) Rachel Haber will
celebrate her bat mitzvah on Saturday,
Feb. 23, at Congregation Shaarey
Zedek West Bloomfield, B'nai Israel
Center. She is the daughter of Hilary
and Corey Haber of West Bloomfield
and sister of Scott.

and the late Robert
Keila, Dorothy
Haber of Las Vegas,
Nev., and the late
George Haber.
Sammi is a sev-
enth-grade honor
student at Hillel Day School of
Metropolitan Detroit in Farmington
Hills. She enjoys dancing, skiing and
spending summers at Tamarack Camps.
For her mitzvah project, she volun-
teered at Beth Hayeled Day Camp,
Fleischman Residence in West
Bloomfield and raised money for the
American Red Cross disaster relief
fund.
