Roswell, Ga., died Dec. 19.
She is survived by her son and

the late Lt. Colonel Herman
Marmelstein; dear sister of the late

ROSLYN "ROSE" PALMER, 89,
of Farmington Hills died Dec. 23.

MARVIN PERIN, 76, of Las
Vegas, Nev., died Dec. 19. He was
a manufacturers representative in
the food industry, who retired 10
years ago.
He is survived by his sister,
Miriam Resnick of Pointe Verda
Beach, Fla.; nephews, Mark
Resnick and Alan Resnick.

YALE PODDEN, 56, of Ann
Arbor, died Dec. 21. He was a
professor at Wayne State
University.
He is survived by cousins,
Elaine Serman, Harold and Mark
Brode, Michael Gladstone and
Gale Shafkind; foster parents,
Dorothy and Harry Bodzin. Mr.
Podden was the son of the late
Henry Podden and the late Freda
Podden; brother of the late
Dennis Podden.
Interment at Clover Hill Park.

JACK ROSENTHAL, 86, former-
ly of Southfield of Sterling, Va.,
died Dec. 14.
He is survived by his daughters,
