Adat Shalom Synagogue will host
ROBBO with "Great Songs for
Great Kids-and Their Parents" 1
p.m. Sunday, Dec. 2. ROBBO is
Robb Zelonky, a writer and per-
former of original songs for chil-
dren.
The concert's finale will feature
second-grade students from Adat
Shalom's religious school and from
Hillel Day School of Metropolitan
Detroit in
Farmington Hills.
There is no
charge for the con-
cert, which is made
possible in part by
the Sol & Diane
Colton Music
Endowment. It is
open to the com-
ROBBO
munity.
The concert will
be preceded by a lunch. There is a
$6 lunch fee for adults and a $5
charge for children. Chairing the
afternoon will be Alicia Schwartz
and Sheila Tyner.

Yad Ezra in Oak Park will provide
Chanukah packages for clients this
year. For a donation of $18, needy
client families will receive a
Chanukah package that includes
latkes, applesauce, sour cream,
baked goods, a Chanukah menorah,
candles, chocolate treats and a drei-
del for the children.
For an additional $36, a child will
receive a Chanukah certificate to be
personalized and a coupon inviting
him or her to come and lend a
handprint to decorate the walls of
Yad Ezra's new building in Berkley,
to where a winter move is sched-
uled.
The state of Michigan allows a 50
percent tax credit for donations,
subject to certain limitations. For

Yad Ezra is Michigan's only kosher
food pantry.
