Brandon Jacob Sundheimer will be
called to the Torah as a bar mitzvah on
Saturday, Oct. 27, at Mat Shalom
Synagogue. He is the
son of Kim and
Marlon Sundheimer
and brother of
Brittany. Proud grand-
parents are Esther and
Mattin Kaber of
Delray Beach,'Fla. He
is also the grandchild
of the late Bessie and
Bruno Sundheimer.
Brandon is an honor student at
Dunckel Middle School in Farmington
Hills. He enjoys his computer, skate
boarding and playing his electric guitar.
His most meaningful mitzvah project was
volunteering at Yad Ezra in Oak Park.

Zara Jayne Teicher will be called to the

Mark Teicher and sis-

granddaughter of

Zara is an honor student at Abbott
Middle School in West Bloomfield. Her
interests include playing piano, french
horn, tennis, horseback riding and train-
ing her dog. Zara's mitzvah projects
included tutoring students and volun-
teering at different senior residences. Her
most meaningful mitzvah project was
participating in the Jewish Federation's
Mitzvah Day on Dec. 25, visiting resi-
dents of a senior home in Detroit.

Brandon Scott Yellen will become a bar
mitzvah on Saturday, Oct. 27, at Temple
Israel. He is the son
of Iris and Sheldon
Yellen and brother of
Jordan.. Excited
grandparents are
Lillian and Sam
Fenton and Lenore
Yellen. He is also the
grandson of the late
Seymour Yellen.
A student at West
Hills Middle School in Bloomfield Hills,
where he is on the honor roll, Brandon
enjoys travel hockey, tennis and video
games. As part of his mitzvah projects,
he volunteered at Yad Ezra in.Oak Park,
assisted in Temple Israel's library and
donated to Israel's Guide Dogs for the
Blind.
