roud of its newly renovated home, the staff of the Sarah and Irving
Pitt Child Development Center at the Jewish Community Center in
West Bloomfield hosted a community open house on Sept. 30.
Families toured the center, on the Eugene and Marcia
Applebaum Jewish Community Campus, to see the gleaming new facilities,
and enjoyed themselves in the sunshine outside by having their faces painted,
listening to music, making crafts and taking a train ride.
With an eye toward safety, children were fingerprinted by representatives
from the American Automobile Association.
