Troy, died Sept. 2. Ms. Chernoff
worked at Steve's Deli.
She is survived by her aunts and
uncles, Louis and Betty Chernoff,
Paul and Ida Landsberg; cousins,
Deena and Zubel Kachdoorian,
Cathy and Rick Slavik, Joan and
Bob Epstein, Lynne Cynamon,
Andrea Hage; nephew, Benjamin
Sachs. Ms. Chernoff was the loving
daughter of the late Sol and Simmy
Chernoff; loving sister of the late
Janis Chernoff Sachs.

FRANCES DAVIS, 74, of Oak
Park, died Sept. 3. She was a
teacher.
She is survived by her daughters,
Rhonda Davis of Colorado, Jeri
Davis of Colorado; sister, Yola Davis
of Florida; brother, Marvin Levy of
Texas. Mrs. Davis was the beloved
wife of the late Eugene Davis.
Contributions may be made to a
charity of one's choice.

ROBERT B. HECKER, 63, of
Beverly Hills, died Sept. 1. He was a
stockbroker with Smith Barney in
Southfield. In 1962, received his
master of business administration
degree from Northwestern
University. He was also an avid
golfer.
Mr. Hecker is survived by his
wife of 33 years, Carole Hecker;
son, Craig Hecker of Birmingham;
daughter, Alysse Hecker of Troy; sis-
ter, Diane Miller of Florida.
Interment at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be
directed to the American Heart
Association or the Karmanos Cancer
Institute. Arrangements by Ira
Kaufman Chapel.

A. DONALD KADUSHIN, 68, of
Farmington Hills, died Aug. 30. He
had a bachelor of arts degree in
1955, a juris doctor with distinction
from Wayne State University in
1957 and served as editor of the
WSU Law Review from 1956-1957.
In 1991, he retired, after 27 years,
from the firm of Sachs, Kadushin,

O'Hare, Helveston and Waldman
PC. He then became self-employed,
handling compensation cases.
Mr. Kadushin
was a member of
the State Bar of
Michigan. In 1974,
he became a mem-
ber of the Worker's
Compensation Law
Section and later
served that group

chair. In addition, he was a member
of the Michigan Trial Lawyers
Association, a former arbitrator of
the American Arbitration
Association and an adjunct member
of the Worker's Compensation
Appeal Board.
He is survived by his wife, Lois
Kadushin; daughter, Beth Anne
Kadushin of Lathrup Village; moth-
er and Rebecca Kadushin of Oak
Park. Mr. Kadushin was the beloved
father of the late David Arthur
Kadushin; loving son of the late
Samuel Kadushin; dear brother of
the late Larry Lee Kadushin.
Interment at Adat Shalom
Memorial Park. Contributions may
be made to American Lung
Association, Wayne State University
Law School or Congregation Beth
Shalom. Arrangements by Ira

RUTH LIEBERMAN, 90, of
Southfield, died Sept. 2.
She is survived by her sons and
daughters-in-law, Dr. David and
Anita Lieberman of West
Bloomfield, Gary and Lynda
Lieberman of Windsor, Dr. Irwin
and Dr. Margie Lieberman of
Ontario; daughter and son-in-law,
Frances and William Marwil of
Ohio; grandchildren, Stephen
Lieberman, Scott and Dr. Sharon
Lieberman, Ronald and Elizabeth
Lieberman, Laura and John
Murtagh, Mark Lieberman, Rachel
Lieberman, Sarah Lieberman,
