HECKER, 63, of Beverly Hills, died Sept. 1. He was a stockbroker with Smith Barney in Southfield. In 1962, received his master of business administration degree from Northwestern University. He was also an avid golfer. Mr. Hecker is survived by his wife of 33 years, Carole Hecker; son, Craig Hecker of Birmingham; daughter, Alysse Hecker of Troy; sis- ter, Diane Miller of Florida. DONALD KADUSHIN, 68, of Farmington Hills, died Aug. 30. He had a bachelor of arts degree in 1955, a juris doctor with distinction from Wayne State University in 1957 and served as editor of the WSU Law Review from 1956-1957. In 1991, he retired, after 27 years, from the firm of Sachs, Kadushin, O'Hare, Helveston and Waldman PC. He then became self-employed, handling compensation cases. Mr. Kadushin was a member of the State Bar of Michigan. In 1974, he became a mem- ber of the Worker's Compensation Law Section and later served that group A. Donald as treasurer, secre- Kadushin tary, vice chair and chair. In addition, he was a member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, a former arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association and an adjunct member of the Worker's Compensation Appeal Board. He is survived by his wife, Lois Kadushin; daughter, Beth Anne Kadushin of Lathrup Village; moth- er and Rebecca Kadushin of Oak Park. Mr. Kadushin was the beloved father of the late David Arthur Kadushin; loving son of the late Samuel Kadushin; dear brother of the late Larry Lee Kadushin. Interment at Adat Shalom Memorial Park.
