LAWRENCE EISENBERG, 72, of
Southfield, died July 31. He was in
commercial real estate sales and a
member of Temple Israel.
Mr. Eisenberg is survived by his
wife, Barbara Eisenberg; son and
daughter-in-law, Dr. Bruce and Beth
Eisenberg of West Bloomfield;
grandchildren, Evann and Alexa
Eisenberg; brother and sister-in-law,
Gary and Barbara Eisenberg of
Franklin; sister, Janet Levine of
Farmington Hills; brother-in-law,
Leon London. He was the dear
brother of the late Dorothy Robbins
and the late Annette London.
Interment at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be

daughter and son-in-law, Elaine and
Richard Mullen of Farmington Hills;
brother and sister-in-law, Herman
and Molly Yagoda of Southfield; sis-
ter and brother-in-law. Luba and Bill
Haftka of Las Vegas, Nev.; grand-
children, Michael Goldman, Robert
Goldman, Stacy Mullen. Mrs.
Goldman was the loving sister of the
late Sam Yagoda and the late Jack
Yagoda.

MARTHA GORDON, 85, of
Southfield, died Aug. 3.
She is survived by her nieces, Stacie
Gordon of Troy, Jennifer Gordon.
Mrs. Gordon was the beloved wife of
the late Gerald Gordon; loving moth-
er of the late Joel Gordon and the
late Lynn Gordon.

interment at Machpelah Cemetery.

BEN GREENE, 82, former
Detroiter of St. Petersburg, Fla.,
died July 25. He served in the Army
Air Force as a master sergeant in
World War II. Mr. Greene attended
Wayne State University, graduating
as a mechanical engineer in 1950.
He was employed as an engineer
with Michigan Consolidated Gas
and retired after 29 years of service.
He was a past member of the Moose
Lodge and American Legion in
Dearborn Heights and was affiliated
with Temple Beth El.
In Florida, he resided at Five
Towns and served as treasurer for the
Exeter Building for 11 years and for
many years on the board of direc-
tors.
He is survived by his loving wife
of 50 years, Betty (Bessie) Greene;
loving daughter-in-law, Georgia of
St. Petersburg; brother and sister-in-
law, Nathan and Shirley Greenberg
of Detroit; in-laws, Vern and Goldie
Lieberman of Alberqueue, N.M.,
Ann Fink of Georgia, Sonia
Laksberger of Southfield, Carl and
Freda Grossman of West Bloomfield.
He was the loving father of the late
Robert Norman Greene.
Contributions may be made to the
Temple Beth El Memorial Fund.

BERNIECE HARRIS, 90, of West
Bloomfield, died July 31. She was
the head cashier at Russak's
Department Store and a B'nai B'rithi
bowler.
Mrs. Harris is survived by her son,
Isadore K. Harris; niece and nephew.
Bonnie and Allen Levine; many
other loving nieces and nephews.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Harry Harris; dear sister of the late
Zelda Feldman, the late Helen
Schlussel, the late Maxine Cohen
and the late Shirley Stern.
