sales executive.
He is survived by his wife, Rita

Martin; brothers and sister-in-law, Yale
Kahn of San Diego, Sammy and
Gladys Siegler of San Francisco, Jack
Siegler of San Diego. Mr. Kahn was
the loving father of the late Dr. Alan
'Kahn.

BERTHA KATT, 91, of Southfield,
died July 7.
_ She is survived by her son and daugh-
ter-in-law, Murton and Reyna Katt of

Erica and Jeffrey Pearl, Stuart Herman;
great-grandchildren, Rachel and Eliana
Pearl; son-in-law, Stanley Herman; sis-
ter, Kate Barboza. Mrs. Katt was the
beloved wife of the late Hyman Katt;
loving mother of the late Marilyn
Herman.

MAX ICEANE, 81, of Cleveland, Ohio,
died July 3. He fought in World War II
as a parr of the Lightning 57th Infantry.
He is survived by his daughters and
son-in-law, Marlene and Harold Miller
of Akron, Ohio, Judy Ferrel of Orange
Village, Ohio; son and daughter-in-law,
Norman and Mary Keane of West
Bloomfield; seven grandchildren; 12
great-grandchildren. He was the beloved
hijsband of the late Fannie Keane.

Detroiter of Rockford, Ill., died July 4.

daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Joel
Rosenfeld of Rockford; sisters, Sylvia
Heideman, Aline Goodman of New

great-grandchildren. She was the beloved
wife of the late Victor Meerson.
