JEWISH HERITAGE NIGHT

ALUMNI HOMECOMING

Adventures through Jewish History

Smiles were all
aglow at the Alumni
Homecoming held
November 25,
2000, at Langan's
Norwest Bowl.
Over 125 AZA and
BBG alumni showed
up during the
evening to visit with
friends, staff, and
Board members.
Pictured L to R are:
Lauren Franklin, Achayot BBG & Indiana U.; Sarah Schwartz, Shira
BBG & U of M; and Sarit Ashmann, Shira BBG & MSU.

Amy Rothberger, Michigan
Region BBG Jewish Heritage
Chair (top left), helps one of
the many groups of
BBYOers participating in
this year's first Jewish
Heritage Night, held
November 19, 2000. The
program was called "Amy &
Ari's Excellent Adventure
Through Jewish History,"
and featured three periods
in Jewish history: Biblical
times, the Spanish
Inquisition, and the creation
of the State of Israel.

Lisa Lieberman of
Ahavah BBG and Susan
Horowitz of Achayot
BBG had a great time
presenting one of the
Jewish Heritage Night
Live skits based on
Bible stories.

BBYO's Alumni Homecoming seemed to be a real homecoming for
the men of Marx AM. They gathered to celebrate their continued
brotherhood and bring each other up-to-date. Pictured clockwise
from the left are: David Rodgers, MSU; Jordan Brackett, Swarthmore;
Jon Shaye, MSU; Jordan Urnovitz, EMU; Matt Cooper, MSU; David
Beznos, Penn; Chad DeWolf, WMU and now advisor to Marx AZA;
Eric Adelman, GWU and now Assistant Director, Wisconsin Region
BBYO; David Goldenberg, MSU; and Ted Rodgers, MSU.
