LAWRENCE DAVID FRUMAN, 44, of
Pontiac, died Feb. 7.
He is survived by his mother, Geraldine
Fruman of Royal Oak; daughter, Cynthia
Jennifer Fruman; sisters and brother-in-
law, Denise and Dennis Goodman of West
Bloomfield, Melissa Rubin and fiance Bill
Colburn of Tucson, Ariz. He was the son
of the late Jacob Fruman.

LENORA FUTERNICK, 69, of Beverly
Hills, died Feb. 8. She was a retail
women's clothing sales consultant.
She is survived by her son and daugh-
ter-in-law, Irwin Futernick and Margaret
Weissman of West Bloomfield; daughter,
Karen Futernick of California; grandchil-
dren, Sarah Futernick, Max Futernick;
mother, Sarah Elson of West Bloomfield;
brother and sister-in-law, Allen and Gita
Elson of Mexico. She was the loving
daughter of the late Irving Elson.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.

SEYMOUR KAPETANSKY, 81, of
Southfield, died Feb. 9. He was a news
writer and editor for Channel 4 as well as
a poet. He was also a member of the
Dancing Cookoos, Pro Musica and was
honored with the Silver Circle from the
National Academy for Television Arts and
Sciences for 25 years of service.
Mr. Kapetansky is survived by his wife,
Sarah Kapetansky; son and daughter-in-
law, Arthur and Carleen Kapetansky of
Nevada; daughters and sons-in-law, Lois
and Richard Martin of Southfield, Rita
and Craig Stevens of Washington, Shirley
and Rick Lancaster; grandchildren, Mark
and Julie Kapetansky, April Kapetansky,
Michael Kapetansky, Jessica Martin, Joe
Meyers; sister and brother-in-law, Phyllis
and Burton Chassin of California; broth-
er-in-law and sister-in-law, Hy and Tina
Sussman of Southfield.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.

FRANCES (FREEDMAN) RUTH
KAPLAN, 89, of Chula Vista, Calif, died
Feb. 7.
She is survived by her sons and daugh-
ter-in-law, Lewis J. Kaplan of Chula Vista,
Calif, Howard B. and Ellen Kaplan of El
Cajon,. Calif.; grandchildren, Jody Kaplan
of Waterford, Wendy and Samuel Leve of
West Bloomfield, Stephen Kaplan, Eric
Kaplan, Brooke Kaplan; great-grandson,
David Leve; sister-in-law, Bess Freedman
of Southfield. She was the beloved wife of
the late David R. Kaplan; dear sister of
the late Jack Freedman.
Services were held in San Diego.

REVEKKA KUNIN, 77, of Southfield,
died Feb. 11.
She is survived by her daughter and
son-in-law, Alla and Eugene Presaizen of

grandchildren, Oscar, Polina and Boris.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Kunin.
Graveside services were held at Hebrew
Memorial Park Cemetery. Contributions
