Among passenger cars and sport utility vehicles
introduced in recent months, Style at the Jewish News
picks the following eight as special luxury-quality
cars with class.
Ferrari 360 Modena and Spider
Base price: If you have to ask, its $138,225 for the
hard-top, about $153,000 for the Spider.
Best feature: Super performance and handling.
Mamma mia! It's perfecto Italiano. From a producer of Formula 1 race cars, a stun-
ning road-going rear-wheel-drive two-seater with aluminum alloy chassis and the
body of a sports racer. The Spider's soft top automatically folds away inside the bay
of the mid-mounted engine. Five valves per cylinder fuel a 400-horsepower V8 that
takes it from 0 to 60 in 3.9 seconds. Top speed is 290 kilometers per hour, 174 m.p.h.
U.S. Impressive torque makes it easy to drive smoothly, even in the heaviest of traf-
fic. So who cares if the ride is on the rough side? On sale in November 2000.
2002 Cadillac Escalade

Large fold-away rearview mirrors with memory and a diversity antenna system for
