We're a member of
your congregation

The Jewish Federation is there at your

synagogue or temple every day. We
have a regular seat. You may not see
us, but if you look closely you'll feel
our presence.
Federation is there in the classrooms
where we have provided computers
and computer training that makes
Jewish learning exciting and relevant
to today's students. We're there with
scholarships for children in afternoon
and Sunday schools and with funding
for special education programs.

We're there in the front office and
boardroom too. Our Synagogue 2000
program is helping our congregational
leadership get energized with new
ways of spiritual expression and a
renewed sense of purpose.

Federation is even alongside your family,
helping explore issues of faith while
discovering our Jewish world on Teen
Missions to Israel, Klal Yisrael Young
Couples Mission, March of the Living/Teen
Unity Mission and others.

And yes, we are at bar and bat mitzvahs —
where every child receives a Federation
tzedakah box, encouraging them on their
road to a life of mitzvot — and with MJOE,
an innovative Web site for students.

So while you may not come into contact
with the Jewish Federation directly
through one of our many local agencies,
hopefully you've felt our presence at your
congregation...We're there every day.
