Wolock-Fried
Jana Marie Wolock and Rabbi Shmuel
Dovid Fried were married recently at
the Ramada Hotel in Southfield. Rabbi
Yisroel Belsky officiated.
Jana is the daughter of Rosemary
and David Wolock of Royal Oak.
Shmuel is the son of Edythe and
Stephen Fried and the grandson of
Sophie Fried, all of River Edge, N.J.
Rachel and Lia Wolock, the bride's
sisters, accompanied her down the aisle.
Jana is a graduate of the Rika
Breuers Teachers Seminary in New
York and Michelet Esther in Jerusalem,
Israel. She is completing her bachelor
of arts degree in history at Touro
College in Brooklyn, N.Y. Shmuel
received his rabbinical ordination last
spring from Rabbi Avrohom Pam, rosh
yeshiva of Torah Vodaath Yeshiva in
Brooklyn.
The couple now reside in Brooklyn.

Gill-Gottsagen
Danielle Gill and Eric Gottsagen were
married recently at Congregation B'nai
Moshe. Rabbi Elliot Pachter and
Cantor Earl Berris officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Freda
and Benjamin Gill of Farmington Hills.
The groom is the son of Joan and
Mitchell Gottsagen of Havertown, Pa.
The maid of honor was Avy
Tomescewski, dear friend of the bride.
Bridesmaids were sister of the groom
Melissa Gottsagen and good friend of
the bride Carly Gitler.
Eric Santoro, longtime friend of the
groom, was the best man. Groomsmen
included brother of the bride Steven
Gill, good friend Dr. Andrew Shur and
future brother-in-law of the couple
Mark Wawrzenski.
The couple were honored to have
the bride's grandparents Nertie
Adelsberg and David Gill and the
groom's grandparents Ruth Sternberg
and Shirley Gottsagen participate in the
ceremony
Following their honeymoon in
Mexico, the couple will reside in
Chicago
