Alan H.

SHELDON WIENER 53, formerly

of West Bloomfield of Las Vegas, Nev.,
died Nov. 22. He served in the U.S.
Army during the Vietnam War and
was a founder of the Detroit Mini-
Safe Company and Key Sales and
Supply Company.
He is survived by his loving wife,
Renee; sons, Michael of Novi and
Kenneth of Las Vegas; daughter and
son-in-law, Judith and Neil Barris; sis-
ter, Elaine Wiener; brother-in-law,
Robert Brown; mother-in-law, Fredella
Karden-Berlin; sisters-in-law and
brother-in-law, Susan Lucken, Steven
and Maria Karden; grandchild, Olivia
Jacquelyn Barris. He was the loving
son of the late Philip and Thelma
Wiener; brother of the late Bernard
Wiener.
Contributions may be made to the
Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer
Institute or the Nathan Adelson
Hospice, 4141 South Swensen Street,
Las Vegas, NV 89119. Graveside ser-
vices were held at Palm Mortuaries in
Las Vegas.

of Farmington Hills, died Dec. 2. He
was, a computer systems analyst and
worked with EDS for 16 years. He
was also active in B'nai B'rith athletics.
Mr. Yendick is survived by his wife,
Deborah Yendick; daughter, Taylor
Yendick; sons, Darin Gross, Jacob
Gross; parents, Albert and Bernice
Yendick of Livonia; father-in-law and
mother-in-law, Dr. Conrad and
Barbara Pearl; sister, Shelly Allyn of
Huntington Woods; grandfather,
Nathan Stein; sisters-in-law and broth-
ers-in-law, Randi and Harry Glanz
and Jill and Steven Dean.
Interment at Adat Shalom

Dr. William Wexler, 87, B'nai B'rith
International president from 1965-
1971, died Nov. 30. He graduated
from the University of Toledo and
Southern College of Optometry in
Memphis, Tenn. He then establish
an optometry practice in Savannah
that ran for more than 30 years.
Wexler made aliyah to Israel not
long after his B'nai B'rith presiden-
