MINA SPIRO, 84, of Southfield, died
Nov. 1. She was a retail furniture book-
keeper and a member of B'nai B'rith.
She is survived by her daughters and

Brian Hoffman, Shaun Hoffman,
Elizabeth Hoffman, Kevin Hoffman,

great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters-
in-law, Lawrence and Shirley Cohen of
Bloomfield Hills, Arthur and Laura
Cole; sister, Caroline Goldberg of
Southfield and brother-in-law, Simon
Schwarzberg. She was the beloved wife
of the late Jacob "Jack" Spiro and the
dear sister of the late Evelyn
Schwartzberg.
Interment at Machpeah Cemetery

HARRY TOPOR, 82, of Southfield,
died Nov. 3. For 40 years, Mr. Topor
was the founder and owner of Topor
Pickle Company.
. He is survived by his wife, Clara
Topor; daughter and son-in-law, Anita
and Edward "Edward "Ted" Dolezel of
Troy; sons and daughters-in-law,
Leonard and Annette Topor of
Farmington Hills, Larry and Karen
Topor of West Bloomfield; grandchil-
dren, Jason Dolezel, Michael Topor,
Lauren Topor, Jessica Topor, Julie Topor
and Jennifer Topor; sister, Esther Gluck
of Oak Park. Mr. Topor was the dear
brother of the late Eva Scherr.
Interment at Adat Shalom Memorial

HOWARD JEFFREY WEISS, 45, of
Nashville, formerly of Southfield, died
Oct. 29.
He is survived by his wife, Janice
Weiss; sons, Andrew James and Jordan
Bates; stepdaughter, Tiffany LeAnn
Spann; mother, Leonore Weiss; father
and his wife, Leo and Harriet Weiss of
Las Vegas; brother and sister-in-law,
Randy and Dori Weiss of Bloomfield
Hills; sister, Pam Pont of Scottsdale,
Ariz.; father-in-law and mother-in-law,
Clarence and Peggy Jones of Tennessee.

He was the loving grandson of the
late Rose and George Schneid and the
late Jean and Abe Weiss.

Mr. Wetsman is
survived by his
wife, Charlotte Wetsman; daughter and
son-in-law, Carol and Dr. Donald
Lieberwitz of Missouri; grandchildren,
Karen and Kevin Lieberwitz; sister,
Lillian Langer of Southfield. He was the
dear brother of the late Charles
Wetsman.
Interment at Clover Hill Park
