Cancer Association of Michigan
Thursday, Nov. 16, at Adat Shalom
Synagogue.
The dinner will
honor Dr. Jeffrey
D. Forman, pro-
fessor and chair of
the department of
radiation and
oncology at
Wayne State
University and the
Barbara Ann
George Cantor
Karmanos Cancer
Institute.
Cantor is a Detroit News colum-
nist who has been on staff for 23
years and a member of the Gannett
newspaper's editorial board.

Shalom Synagogue.
Rodman is presi-
dent of JWI
Marshall-Israel-
Irene Rodman
Brandeis Chapter,
and a past president of JWI
Council.
She is adviser to Einstein
Chapter JWI.
Rodman has volunteered for the
Jewish Association for Residential
Care; Kadima, Jewish Family
Service, Hadassah, Adat Shalom
Sisterhood and the Cooperative
Council of Jewish Women's
Organizations, where she was hon-
ored at the "8 Over 80" event,
sponsored by Jewish Apartments
and Services.
