His new menu is a lot like the one

newly-promoted senior vice president
of food service for Palace Sports and

Pine Knob and Meadow Brook), was
culinary adviser for Team Michigan at
the 2000 World Culinary Arts Salon
... He was coach and manager of the
1996 Michigan Culinary Team that
took gold, silver and bronze medals
in the World Culinary Arts, Salon
