Bloomfield, Sheldon and Nancy
Goldsmith of California; grand-
children, Jason, Aaron and Daniel
Weckstein, Jeffrey, Steven, Emily,
David and Marc Goldsmith; sister,
Dora Stern of West Bloomfield.
Interment at Adat Shalom
Memorial Park. Contributions may

CAROLINE WEIN BAUM, of
Huntington Woods, died Oct. 5.
She is survived by her sons and
daughter-in-law, Harold
Weinbaum of West Bloomfield,
Donald and Ruth Weinbaum of
Bloomfield Hills; daughter and
son-in-law, Harriet Weinbaum and
Richard Larned of Southfield; 10
grandchildren; many great-grand-
children. Mrs. Weinbaum was the
beloved wife of the late Jack (Jacob
Nathan) Weinbaum; loving mother
of the late Robert Weinbaum, the
late Gerald Weinbaum.
Contributions may be made to a
charity of one's choice. Services
and interment at Beth El
Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorial Chapel.

DR. JUNE GOLDIN
YACKNESS, 70, of Bloomfield
Hills, died Oct. 13. She was a clin-
ical psychologist
in Bloomfield
Hills and con-
sultant for pro-
grams for gifted
and talented
children. Dr.
Yackness had a
Ph.D. in clinical
psychology and
Dr. June Yackness
taught for 20
years in the
Detroit public
schools. She was active with
Michigan Psychological

Association, a charter member of
Great Lakes Yacht Club, a member
of Women's Forum of the National
Association for Home Builders,
member of the Building
Association of Southeastern
Michigan, a 46 year member of
Temple Beth El and a member of
Franklin Hills Tennis League.
She is survived by her husband
of 46 years, Irvin Yackness; sister
and brother-in-law, Ann and
Sidney Zirulnik of Huntington
Woods; and brother and sister-in-
law, Lee and Joyce Goldin of
California. Dr. Yackness was the
loving sister of the late Jospeh
Goldin; dear sister-in-law of Edith
Goldin.
Interment at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be
made to the Building Industry
Association Charitable and
Educational Foundation, 30375
Northwestern Highway, Suite 100,
Farmington Hills, MI 48 3 34.

deceased in obituaries. There is no
charge.
Photos should be clear and as
recent as possible. If only a dated
photo is available, we ask that you
provide a date and that informa-
tion will accompany the photo-
graph in the paper. Only a photo
of the individual will be published
and we reserve the right to reject
any photograph. We cannot use
scanned or electronic submissions.
Please attach a label to the back
of the photograph that includes
the deceased's name as well as a
return name and address. Do not
write on the photograph itself.
All photos must be received at
'The Jewish News by noon Tuesday
to be considered for that Friday's
paper. To be returned, all pho-
tographs must be accompanied by
a stamped, self-addressed enve-
lope.
