JUNE GOLDIN YACKNESS, 70, of Bloomfield Hills, died Oct. 13. She was a clin- ical psychologist in Bloomfield Hills and con- sultant for pro- grams for gifted and talented children. Dr. Yackness had a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and Dr. June Yackness taught for 20 years in the Detroit public schools. She was active with Michigan Psychological Association, a charter member of Great Lakes Yacht Club, a member of Women's Forum of the National Association for Home Builders, member of the Building Association of Southeastern Michigan, a 46 year member of Temple Beth El and a member of Franklin Hills Tennis League. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Irvin Yackness; sister and brother-in-law, Ann and Sidney Zirulnik of Huntington Woods; and brother and sister-in- law, Lee and Joyce Goldin of California. Dr. Yackness was the loving sister of the late Jospeh Goldin; dear sister-in-law of Edith Goldin. Interment at Clover Hill Park Cemetery.
