Alexi's most meaningful mitzvah
project involved raising money to
donate gifts for an orphanage.
Attending Berkshire Middle School in
Birmingham, Alexi is interested in
acting, dance and singing.

of the day. There's always a lot
of laughing and the food is great."

Bradley Joseph Dembs will be called
to the Torah as a bar mitzvah on
Saturday, Sept. 16,
at Temple Kol Ami.
He is the son of
Terri and Howard
Dembs and his very
proud grandparents
are Charlotte and
Sherwin Corlin and
Ann and Phil
Dembs.
Brad is an honor student at
Orchard Lake Middle School in
West Bloomfield. He enjoys music,
playing guitar, basketball and writ-
ing.
His mitzvah projects have includ-
ed planting flowers at a Jewish
Association for Residential Care
home and volunteering with the
Gleaners food bank, Friendship
Circle and Fleischman Residence.

called to the Torah as a bar mitzvah
on Friday, Sept. 15,
at Temple Shir
Shalom. He is the
son of Ellen and
Robert Fenkell and

Jeffrey. Proud
grandparents are
Elaine Feldman,
Morris and Sybil
Fenkell and Cyril
and Audrey Feldman.
Michael is an eighth-grade honor
student at Bloomfield Hills Middle
School. He enjoys basketball and
baseball and is team captain on his
AAA hockey team.
One of Michael's mitzvah projects
included packing food at Yad Ezra.

Randi Golde was called to the Torah
as a bat mitzvah on Friday, Sept. 8,
at Temple Beth El.
She is the daughter
of David and
Cheryl Golde and
granddaughter of
Donald and Bernice
Golde, Frank
Sinclair and the late
Sharon Sinclair.
