Bloomfield, died Aug. 31.
She is survived by her sons and

Aaronson of West Bloomfield, Dr.

Ohio; grandchildren, Laura Aaronson,
Randy Aaronson, Scott Aaronson, Jacob
Aaronson, Adam Aaronson. Mrs.
Aaronson was the beloved wife of the
late Max Aaronson.

JEAN CARNEY, 82, of West
Bloomfield, died Aug. 9.
She is survived by her husband,
Ben Carney of West Bloomfield; sons
and daughter-in-law, Harvey Carney
of West Bloomfield, Mark and Josie
Carney of West Bloomfield; brother
and sister-in-law, Larry and Dorothy
Guttenberg of Birmingham; grand-
children, Larry (Michelle) Carney,
Pam, Robin, Penny and Maxx Carney;
great-grandchildren, Rachel and
David. She was the sister of the late
Jerry Guttenberg.
Graveside services were held at the
Workmen's Circle Cemetery.

HOWARD S. COHEN, 62, of
Farmington Hills, died Aug. 29. For 38
years, Mr. Cohen taught physical educa-
tion at Owen Elementary School in
Detroit.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years,
Gail Cohen; sons, Michael Cohen of
California, Bradley Cohen of Royal
Oak; brother and sister-in-law, Larry
and Linda Cohen of White Lake; par-
ents, Ben and Ruth Cohen. Mr. Cohen
was the loving son of the late Belle
Cohen.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery
