daughter of Becky and Steven
Katzman and sister
of Nicole and Randi.
She is also the
grandchild of Lois
and Paul Katzman
and Yovanka and -
William DeSloover.

Middle School .
honor-roll student,
Kendra enjoys dance, horseback rid-
ing, swimming and track. Among her
mitzvah projects, she volunteered at a
shelter for the homeless.

Bradley Michael Levick, son of

Debbie and Keith Levick and brother
to Lisa, will celebrate his bar mitzvah
on Friday, Aug. 25, at Temple Kol
Ami. He is the grandson of Marlene
Nessel and the late
Tommy Nessel,
Barbara Levick and
the late Ken Levick,
and Ruthye and
Herb Harelik.
Brad is entering
the eighth grade at
Warner Middle
School in
Farmington Hills,
where he plays the cornet in the con-
cert band. He plays football for
Warner and is on travel hockey and
travel baseball teams.
Brad's mitzvah project was volun-
teering at Yad Ezra kosher food
pantry, where he stocked shelves and
assisted clients. He has donated a por-
tion of his earnings as an umpire to
Yad Ezra.

Saturday, Aug. 26, at Congregation
Shaarey Zedek. He is the son of Sue
and Howard Maniloff and brother of
Jamie. Proud grandparents are Norma
and Nelson Pont and Lillian
Maniloff. He is also the grandson of
the late Irwin Maniloff.
Eric is entering the eighth grade as
an honor student at Orchard Lake

Middle School in
West Bloomfield.
He plays keyboards
in the school jazz
band and percussion
in the symphony
band. He enjoys in-
line hockey, loves
computers and tech-
nology and meeting with friends
through the B'nai B'rith Youth
Organization.
Eric's mitzvah project included
delivering Purim baskets and helping
Jewish Association for Residential
Care residents learn computer skills.

Dylan Schubiner Michlin will be

called to the Torah as a bar mitzvah
on Saturday, Aug. 26, at Temple Shir
Shalom. He is the son of Susan and
Jeffrey Michlin and
brother of Jenna.
His very proud
grandparents are
Lorraine and Elliot
I. Schubiner and
Bernice and
Norman Michlin.
Dylan is an honor
student at Warner
Middle School in Farmington Hills.
He enjoys soccer, football and music.
For mitzvah projects, he volun-
teered at the West Bloomfield
Nursing and Convalescent Center
and helped put together Purim
parcels to distribute at Fleischman
Residence.

Natalie Candace Roby will be called

to the Torah as a bat mitzvah on
Friday, Aug. 25, at Temple Israel. She
is the daughter of Annemarie and
Steven Roby and sister of Christopher
and Anthony. Proud
grandmothers are
Blanche Olmos and
Cecial Roby. She is
also the grandchild
of the late Samuel
Roby and the late
Benito Pabon.
Attending
Berkshire Middle
School in.Birmingham, Natalie
enjoys track, volleyball and
dance. She has become politically
active, writing to State Attorney
General Jennifer Granholm to
request that tobacco products be
placed at a greater distance from
school supplies in stores.
As part of her mitzvah projects,
Natalie volunteered at the
International Institute and donated to
the Humane Society.
