The Michigan Jewish AIDS Coalition seeks a Director of Education
to coordinate its HIV/AIDS educational programming in the com-
munity. This part-time position involves volunteer recruitment and
training, building coalitions with other organizations and schools,
planning large scale events and public speaking. Strong interper-
sonal and writing skills a must. Master's degree preferred. This 20-
hour a week position requires some nights, and offers tremendous
flexibility.

CAMPAIGN DIRECTOR
The Campaign Director directs the Federation's annual
fundraising drive in association with lay leadership. She/he
will work with Campaign executives to develop an integrated
approach to financial resource development. Responsible for
supervising staff, drafting and administering plans and
budget. Successful candidate will demonstrate creativity in
identifying and connecting with the donor community and be
an experienced development professional with a proven track
record of successful campaigning (min. 5 yrs.) in a Federation
or like organization.
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNAL RESOURCES
AND ALLOCATIONS
The Director of Communal Resources and Allocations is
critical to CJF's primary objective of facilitating community
planning, issue identification and budgeting/allocations
processes. The Director will coordinate all aspects of Vision
Councils — CJF's strategy for identifying and addressing com-
munal needs and issues. Successful candidate will understand
community development strategies, demographic analysis,
quantitative and qualitative analysis, budgeting and service
integration. A Master's degree in Social Work, Public
Administration, Jewish Communal Work, or other appropri-
ate discipline is required.
DIRECTOR OF ISRAEL EXPERIENCE &
SCHOLARSHIP SERVICES
The Director of Israel Experience Initiative and Scholarship
Services will manage all aspects of CJF's scholarship and Israel
Experience services — sending 200+ students to Israel per year.
Director recruits youth and coordinates for Israel programs,
facilitates the processing of all associated funding and plans
educational follow-ups. She/he will also administer scholar-
ship funds, community-based home loan program and coordi-
nate with community missions in Columbus. Candidates
should have a MBA or like degree in: Social Work, Public
Administration or related field, prior Israel experience, strong
communication and organizational skills, and the ability to
work effectively with students, parents and community at large.
A commitment to, knowledge of and passion for Jewish com-
munity will characterize the ideal candidates. For considera-
