DIRECTOR OF ISRAEL EXPERIENCE & SCHOLARSHIP SERVICES The Director of Israel Experience Initiative and Scholarship Services will manage all aspects of CJF's scholarship and Israel Experience services — sending 200+ students to Israel per year. Director recruits youth and coordinates for Israel programs, facilitates the processing of all associated funding and plans educational follow-ups. She/he will also administer scholar- ship funds, community-based home loan program and coordi- nate with community missions in Columbus. Candidates should have a MBA or like degree in: Social Work, Public Administration or related field, prior Israel experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with students, parents and community at large.
