HUBERT B. "HUB" STERN, of
Shaker Heights, Ohio, died May 21.
He was a manufacturers rep in the
toy_ industry for 57 years.
He is survived by his wife, Lee;
sons and daughters-in-law, Robert
and Sophia Stern of Orange Village,
Ohio, Dr. Jeffrey and Dr. Arles Stern
of Kalamazoo; daughters and sons-
in-law, Carol and Norman Weinberg
of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, Kathryn and
Eugene Nowak of South Russell,
Ohio. Eight grandchildren; one
great-granddaughter; stepdaughter-
in-law, Leslie Eller of Ann Arbor.
Interment in Cleveland.

DANIEL SYMEZ, 83, of
Bloomfield Hills, died June 12. Mr.
Symez was a graduate of Wayne
State University, a custom residential
builder, a master bridge player, a
member of MENSA and an avid
squash player at the Jewish
Community Center.
He is survived by his daughters
and son-in-law, Suzy and Gerry
Krause of West Bloomfield, Cynthia
Frazho of Oak Park; sister, Ruth
Zatkin of Southfield; grandchildren,
Lori (Robbie Adelson) Krause, Amy _
(Paul Needelman) Krause, Michael
Frazho, Jennifer Frazho; great-grand-
children, Sophie and Dana
Needelman.
Private family services'were held.
Contributions can be made to the
charity of one's choice.

FRIEDA WEISMAN, 81, of
Woodland Hills, Calif., died June 9.
Mrs. Weisman is survived by her
husband, Gerald Weisman; son and
daughter-in-law, Sheldon and Terri
Weisman; daughter and son-in-law,
Rochelle and Ronald Marcus of
Florida; grandchildren, Ryan
Weisman, - Scott and Rhonda
Marcus, Lisa and Keith Bolendorf.

GRACE WEISS, 43, of Southfield,
died June 8.
She is survived by her husband,
Steven Weiss; mother, Barbara Keila
of Farmington Hills; son, Jordon
Weiss of Southfield; sisters and
brothers-in-law, Robin and David
Pappas of West Bloomfield, Hilary
and Dr. Corey Haber of West
Bloomfield. Mrs. Weiss was the lov-
ing daughter of the late Robert
Keila.

interment at B'nai Israel Memorial
