ARTEM LAMNIN
Berkley
Lamnin is a member of National and
Spanish National honor societies, Patterns
literary magazine, Quiz Bowl, and trea-
surer of Amnesty International chapter.
He won National Scholastic Art Awards
silver key and certificate in 1997, and
school academic letters in 1998 and 1999.
He will attend the University of Michigan
College of Engineering.

MICHAEL LEVY
North Farmington
Levy, a four-year member of BBYO,
served on Regional Board two years. He
plays varsity tennis at North, and has
received merit awards in physics, chem-
istry and Spanish. He won Dean's and
Regents-Alumni scholarships and will
attend the University of Michigan.

JESSICA LEEB
West Bloomfield
Leeb is co-founder of Volunteer Impact,
member of National Honor Society, Science
Research Club and vice president of USY
chapter. She received a bronze award at
Science and Engineering Fair, and School
Improvement, National Science Merit and
Character Appreciation awards. She was a
merinber of varsity swimming and JV ski
team. She will attend Michigan.

SHAINA LIBERSON
Ferndale
Liberson is president of National Honor
Society and concertmaster of school
symphony and Metropolitan Youth
Symphony. She is first violinist in
Equilibrium String Quartet and the
violinist in the Trio de Cuentos. She
will attend the University of Michigan
College of Literature, Science and Arts.

JULIE LEVIN
North Farmington
Levin was a member of Spanish Club,
Concert Choir, Orchestra, Student
Council, Environmental Club, and was
president of Ruach BBG and newspaper
editor of Michigan Region. Her BBG
video yearbook won region first place. She
will attend Lyman Brim College at
Michigan State University.

MIRIAM LIEBERMAN
North Farmington
Lieberman is co-valedictorian, member of
National Honor Society and Phi Beta
Kappa, National Merit commended stu-
dent, Girls' State participant, and president
of Ruach BBG. She studied dance 10 years
and tutored bar/bat mitzvah students at
Adat Shalom Synagogue for four years. She
will attend Northwestern University.
