Though he'd hear the

While living in New York
Local Columnist City, he discussed with a
friend how his parents were
born Jewish but converted to
Catholicism. Dubner then learned

In an enlightening Woman's World
program, Dubner portrayed his own
religious journey from Catholicism
to Judaism, tracing his parents' con-
version.
