BELLE GOTTLIEB MELTZER, 94,
of Valencia, Calif, died Jan. 13. Mrs.
Meltzer was a member of Hadassah
and was involved with numerous can-
cer and heart-research organizations.
She is survived by her daughter and
son-in-law, Joyce Gottlieb Shulman
and Lee M. Shulman of Valencia;
grandchildren Marcie Strasner, Janie
Strasner Carlin, Marcus Gottlieb;
great-grandchild Cameron Carlin.
Mrs. Meltzer was the loving mother of
the late Larry Gottlieb.

ILYA MIKHAYLOV, 86, of Oak
