How To Make
A Jewish Home

Young adults — both singles and
couples — who are interested in cre-
ating a Jewish home are invited to a
series of three one-hour classes
cosponsored by the Jewish
Federation's Young Adult Division
through the SAJE Seminars for Adult
Jewish Education at the Jewish
Community Center.
After the course is completed, par-
ticipants may join in a Shabbat
Dinner Exchange sponsored by the
Young Adult Division. Men and
women age 21-35 can register for the
course on "Building a Jewish Home:
From Text to Tachlis" Tuesdays, Feb.
22, 29 and March 7. Classes will be
taught 7:30-8:20 p.m. at the Jewish
Community Center in West
Bloomfield.
Course instructors will be Judah
Isaacs, executive director of the
Agency for Jewish Education, and
Harlene Appelman, director of the
Alliance for Jewish Education. The
$15 course fee includes refreshments
following classes.
Registration deadline is Jan. 18;
call the JCC, (248)
661-7649.
On March 10,
young adults will
participate in the
Shabbat Dinner
Exchange, spon-
sored by the
Young Adult
Division.
Reservations
will be taken
until March 2.
For informa-

Lauren
Dworkin at
