died Dec. 1.
Mr. Moore is survived by his wife,
Freda Moore; son and fiancee Sam
Moore and Sheryl Rabinowitz of
Oak Park; daughters Lois Moore of
Oakland, Calif, Rosalind Sarah of
Berkeley, Calif.; grandchildren
Gordon and Jared Moore, Gabriel
Beneveniste, Terran Beneveniste;
great-grandson Nicholas Moore.
Graveside services were at
Workmen's Circle Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to a

JULIA OSSIPOVE, 77, of Owosso,
died Dec. 3.
Mrs. Ossipove was a scrap metal
secretary and bookkeeper. She was
also a member of Temple Beth El in
Flint.
Mrs. Ossipove is survived by her
son and daughter-in-law, Ronald
and Judith Ossipove of West
Bloomfield; daughters and son-in-
law Deanna Gasser-Rosen and Barry
Rosen of Flint, Renie Ossipove of
Walled Lake, Marcy Ossipove of San
Diego; grandchildren Sheryl and
Marni Gasser, Adam and Amanda
Ossipove; brother and sister-in-law
Albert and Virginia Weiner; sisters-
in-law and brother-in-law Betty
Weiner, Helen Silverman, Elaine
Bakst and Sidney Goldberg.
She was the beloved wife of the
late A. Samuel Ossipove and the
dear sister of the late Carl Weiner
and the late Dr. Theodore Weiner.
Interment was at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be made
to a charity of one's choice.

The Family of the Late
ALLEN OSTROW, 79, of
Farmington Hills, died Dec. 4.
Mr. Ostrow was co-owner of Max
Ostrow & Son Floor Covering in
Detroit. He was a veteran of World
War II and the recipient of nine
medals including a Bronze Star and
Purple Heart. He was also the owner
of several trotter racehorses, which
raced locally and in Florida.
Mr. Ostrow is survived by his
wife, June Ostrow; sons and daugh-
ter-in-law Lawrence Ostrow and Jo
Carillo of California, Leib Ostrow of
California; daughter and son-in-law
Elyse and Elliott Milstein of
Farmington Hills; grandchildren
Max, Kai, Fauna and Iona Ostrow,
Carly and Beth Scissors, Max and
SAM STOLLER
