SALLY PACERNICK, 86, of

Southfield, died Nov. 6.
She is survived by her daughter
and son-in-law, Judy and Elliot
Parnes of Clarkston; son and daugh-
ter-in-law, Dr. Gary and Dorothea
Pacernick of Dayton, Ohio; brothers
and sisters-in-law, Murray and Lillian
Gerenraich of Willowdale, Ont.,
David and Betty Generich; sisters
and brother-in-law, Ida and Edward
Herman of Tamarac, Fla., Timmy
Baranoff of Austin, Texas; sister-in-
law, Elaine Gerenraich; grandchil-
dren, Dr. Jennifer (Samuel)
MacMaster, Eden (Eric) Sulzer, Jacob
Parnes; great-grandson, Ian
MacMaster; also survived by many
loving family members and friends.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Edward Pacernick.
Services and interment at Clover
Hill Park Cemetery.

BLANCHE PALUBA ROSE, 94, of
Plantation, Fla., died No 7. Mrs.
Rose, who lost her father, three sisters
and brother in the Holocaust, was an
ardent worker for Israel and other
Jewish causes.
She served as president and council
member of Pioneer Women and
actively worked for the people of her
home village through the Detroit
Kosow Relief Society during World
War II and for State of Israel Bonds
and Hadassah.
Mrs. Rose is survived by her daugh-
ter and son-in-law, Shirlee and Jack
Iden; son and daughter-in-law, Eugene
and Dee Rose; grandchildren, Lauren
"Tzviah" Idan, Elana and Alex
Cheshin, Bruce and Lee Iden, Michael
and Jamie Rose, Patricia and Paul
Cordone, Amy and Will Osgood,
Steven and Melissa Rose; great-grand-
c hildren, Arik and Sarit Maya, Dahna
1Cheshin, Daniel, Jesse and Jenna Iden,
avid, Eric and Kelsey Rose, Allison,
Lindsay and Chase Osgood, Hannah
Margaret Rose; sister, Elisheva Atlas.
She was the beloved wife of the late
J acob Rose; the loving grandmother of
the late Linda Iden and the late
Robert Iden; dear sister of the late
Rose Tuchman and the late Toby
Hochberg.
Interment at Adat Shalom
