WE WANT YOU TO KNOW
RAY HARRIS

Executive Chef Ray Harris plays a very
important role at Regent Street of
West Bloomfield. Certainly not every
assisted living community has an exec-
utive chef but we felt that the prepara-
tion and serving of delicious, nutri-
tious and visually pleasing meals is an
integral part of life at Regent Street. It
takes a professional like Chef Ray to
make dining at Regent Street pleasur-
able and interesting.

Chef Ray and the staff serve break-
fast to each resident's room daily.
Luncheon and dinner is served in the
beautiful Waterford dining room. The menus are varied and cer-
tain to please even the most discriminating. Families and friends
are welcomed to join their family member at mealtimes. There is
even a private dining room for special occasions and the chef will
be happy to arrange a special menu for your party.

Dining should be more than just eating. It is also an opportunity
to enjoy the company of others while sharing a dining experience.
A fine chef knows this and that is why we want you to know
Executive Chef Ray Harris.
