Suzanne Lichtman, president of the
Farmington Hills-based consulting
firm of Lichtman & Associates, has
been selected as the executive director
of the Farmington Hills/Farmington
Community FoundatiOn.

William L. Rosin, a principal with
the law firm of Dawda, Mann,
Mulcahy & Sadler PLC, recently
spoke at the fourth Auto Parts
Mergers & Acquisitions Institute held
at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in
Dearborn.
Rosin's speech addressed legal strate-
gies in negotiating mergers and acqui-
sitions in the auto supply industry.
Rosin is a graduate of Wayne State
University Law School and specializes
in the areas of corporate and real
estate transactions.
