Todd originally opened the
Intelligent Chicken at Crosswinds
Mall back in 1993 ... But later, when
the center underwent a mammoth
renovation, its management bought
out Intelligent Chicken's lease ... and
bulldozed the site for a new-look
revision.
While doing stock-market trading,
Todd came across former customers
who hoped he would re-open the
Intelligent Chicken ... which he did

whose swift meals are loaded with fat
and calories.
So that's what an Intelligent
Chicken also is ... One who gets peo-
ple to eat smarter ... and enjoy it.
