Nosherie, and present boss of
Mostyn Insurance Co. in Farmington
Hills, and Aaron Zupmore
become the first grandfather and
grandson at the temple to become
b'nai mitzvah at the same time.
"JUST BECAUSE I'm a dog is no
reason I have to be treated like one,"
says Angel, the Yorkshire terrier who
wasn't served tea at the birthday tea
party for Taylor Onderko, 4-year-old
daughter of Wendy Ratner, in the
home of Lorraine Herschelman.
Angel didn't even get in on the lit-
tle fashion show Taylor and 10 close
friends put on with dress-up clothes
of taffeta, lace and satin and white
gloves ... supplied by Jeanne Jones of
All Dolled Up in Auburn Hills.
But Angel shouldn't feel bad ...
The little girls didn't have tea either
... just apple juice and cookies.

AFTER 10 YEARS, the Caucus

become one of the very few restau-
rants anywhere closed on this usually
very busy evening.
ANOTHER HAPPY ending to the
bit about Morrie and Renee Rochlin
high-bidding $400 at the silent auc-
tion of Karmanos Partners' recent
affair ... and getting that large stuffed
sheepdog ... Doreen and David
Hermelin also wanted one, and
Morrie found another just like the 56-
incher they bought ... dropping it off
at Doreen and David's home.
BEST BET Of The Week ...

15th Annual Induction Dinner,
Monday, Nov. 1, 6 p.m., at
Congregation Shaarey Zedek

JOKE DEPT. ... A man went into
a very busy restaurant that he hadn't
been to for a long time ... When the
waitperson arrived at his table, the
customer said, "Do you know — it's
been 10 years since I've been here?" ...
The waitperson apologized, "I know,
but I'm working as fast as I can." II
