Erhardt BMW will take part in the third
annual Ultimate Drive, a nationwide $1
million fund-raising program sponsored
by BMW of North America to increase
awareness, education and eradication of
breast cancer.
Eighteen new BMWs will be available
for test drives 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday,
Aug. 21, at Erhardt BMW, 4065 W.
Maple at Telegraph, Bloomfield
Township.
For every mile driven, BMW will
donate $1 to the Susan G. Komen Breast
Cancer Foundation. The event includes a
health fair, food, education, information
and local celebrities.
Drivers must be at least age 18 with a
valid driver's license.

Yad Ezra
Card Contest

Yad Ezra recently sponsored a city-wide
greeting card contest for children ages 5- ,
15 organized by board member Lori
Rubin. Judges Dr. Linda Bolton, Andrew
Lee and Linda Schlesinger chose the
winners in the four age categories.
Winning entries were provided by
Eliezer Sherizen, David Levine and Yael
Mendelson, Marissa Kresch and Shira
Kresch.
The cards have been reprinted and are
available for purchase in assorted pack-
ages of eight cards for $25. Orders must
be received by Tuesday, Aug. 31. Call

Temple Kol Ami
Adult Education

Temple Kol Ami will hold fall adult edu-
cation courses taught on Thursday
evenings at the temple, 5085 Walnut
Lake Road, West Bloomfield.
Beginning Hebrew, taught by Lynne
Roman, will be offered at 7 p.m. Oct. 7-
Dec. 16. Kabbala will be offered by
Rabbi Herschel Finman at 8 p.m. Oct.
7-Nov. 11. "Prophecy, the Millennium
and Jewish-Christian Relations" will be
taught by David Blewetr, executive direc-
tor of the Ecumenical Institute for
Jewish-Christian itudies, 8 p.m. Dec. 2,
9, 16.
