ALVIN M. BEZ, 77, of Southfield,

died July 9.
Mr. Bez was a pharmacist and a
member of B'nai B'rith, the Michigan
State Pharmaceutical Association and a
Mason.
He is survived by his wife, Lois Bez;
daughters Barbara Bez, Tobie Bez; sis-
ters-in-law \Tetra Bez, Pearl Bez,
Marlene Bez and Roz Must.
Mr. Bez was the dear brother of the
late David Bez, the late Samuel Bez, the
late George Bez, the late Berry
Rabinowitz and the late Sylvia Diem.
Interment at Beth El Memorial Park.
Arrangements by Ira Kaufman Chapel.

ALBERT BINDER. 73, died July 9.

A lifetime resident of Flint, he
attended Flint Community College. He
was the owner of Advance
Construction and executive/co-owner
of the Reliable Corunna Road
Furniture Store. He was co-founder of
radio station WAMM.
He was affiliated with B'nai B'rith,
Hadassah (associate), Flint Jewish
Federation, Flint Family and Social
Services "Operation Exodus,"
Congregation Beth Israel, Flint
Northern High School Alumni
Association.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia;
sons, Daniel of New York City,
Jonathan of Birmingham; daughter and
son-in-law Elizabeth and Ira Levy of
Ann Arbor; brother and sister-in-law
Harry and Idelle Binder of Flint.
Contributions may be made to the
Congregation Beth Israel Endowment
Fund, Flint Institute of Music, Johns
Hopkins Univerisity Department of
Pathology for Pancreatic Cancer
Research. Interment at Machpelah
Cemetery, Flint.

MICHAEL DALLEN, 91, of Midland,

died July 9. Mr. Dallen was the owner
of Dallen Television and a member of
Moose Lodge, American Legion and
the reserves of the Detroit Police
Department.
He is survived by his wife, Maxine
Dallen; daughters Carol Dallen of
Midland, June Sinuk of Dearborn; son
Russell M. Dallen of Lathrup Village;

grandchildren Robin and Louis Zweig
Russell M. and Claire Dallen, Jr.; great-
grandchldren Allegra Julia Faye Dallen,
David Max Zweig, Lauren Faye Zweig;
sister-in-law Naomi Dallen.
Interment at Beth Ahm Cemetery.

accountant. He was also a Mason and a

Mr. Fink is survived by his daughter-

Port Huron; great-granddaughter
Stephanie Newton; great-great-grand-
daughter Cynthia Newton; sisters-in-

Mr. Fink was the beloved husband
of the late Jeanette Fink and the late
Evelyn Fink and the loving father of
the late George Fink.

Lauderdale, Fla., died July 7.
Mrs. Gorback was born in Poland
and lived in
Toronto, Detroit
and Florida. She
was one of the 12
founders of the City
of Hope Cancer
fighters of Detroit.
She was an avid
supporter of
Hadassah. She was
the wife of the late Harry Gorback, co-
publisher of the Northwest Record news-
papers.
Mrs. Gorback is survived by her son
and daughter-in-law, Jack and Esther
Gorback of Farmington Hills; grand-
children Leslie and Linda Gorback,
Benjamin and Faye Gorback, Joy
Gorback; great-grandchildren Danielle,
Seth, Lauryn, Ilana, Jeremy and Jared;

Goldman.
