Andover
Pepper is a National Honor Society
member and a National Merit finalist.
He captained and coached his debate
team, in addition to serving on the
forensics and quiz bowl teams. He
was a Michigan Young Poet and a
John S. Knight qualifier. He will
attend Duke University.

MARIYA PRIYMAK
Berkley
Priymak is a member of National
Honor Society and the Russian,
Multicultural and Israel Cultural
clubs. She comperes nationally in
rhythmic gymnastics. She is a varsity
tennis player and received a Bear of
the Year award in 1998. She also per-
forms ballet and hip-hop dance. She
will attend the University of
Michigan-Dearborn.

Groves
Pollak is Phi Beta Kappa, National
Honor Society member, co-president
of the Video Club and co-director of
Groves Film Festival. He won Best of
Show in the 1998 Michigan Student
Film and Video Festival. He partici-
pated in the 1 998 Focal Point work-
shop at Cranbrook and the 1998
Nacel Exchange Program in France.
He will study linguistics at the
Residential College of the University
of Michgan.

MATTHEW RAPPAPORT
Walled Lake Western
Rappaport is a National Honor
Society member, National Merit corn-
mended student and Metropolitan
Detroit Science and Engineering Fair
first-place recipient. He tutors
Hebrew and reads Torah at Adat
Shalom Synagogue and will graduate
from its high school. He was a volun-
teer for Habitat for Humanity and
has played drums and clarinet in four
instrumental groups. He will attend
the University of Michigan.
