uring Pesach some chefs
agonize over what to serve
for seder. Others worry
about how to make lunch-
es and desserts interesting without all
the ingredients that seem s000000
much more attractive now that we
can't have them. I never stress out
over that kind of stuff. It's a week's
worth of bagel-less breakfasts that
gives me fits.
This year I have a plan. How will
I prepare delicious, nutritious and
fun breakfasts that don't take five
hours and use a dozen eggs? Simple.
I'll use the following recipes I've
been collecting since last year. I'll
also serve yogurt and fresh fruit to
round out the most important meal
of the day.
