ESTHER SCHWARTZ, 94, of Montreal
died March 19.
Mrs. Schwartz is survived by her son and
daughter-in-law, Morris and Sara Schwartz
of West Bloomfield; daughter and son-in-
law Rhoda and Max Ziss of Philadelphia;
grandchildren Linda Goldberg, Gloria and
Ted Sperling, Lorraine and Steve Blank,
Gary Schwartz; 15 great-grandchildren; five
great-great-grandchildren; sister Fannie
Schwartz.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Bennie Schwartz, the loving mother of the
late Laura Carpman and the late Simon
Carpman and the dear sister of the late Joe
Greenberg, the late Willie Greenberg, the
late Benny Greenberg and the late Lillian
Silverman.

MORSE D. SHIFFMAN, 87, of
Southfield, died March 21.
He is survived by his son and daughter-
in-law, Paul and Suzanne Joelson of
Farmington Hills; daughters and sons-in-
law Mary and Roger Greenberg, Nancy and
James Wainwright; grandchildren Peter and
Elizabeth Joelson, Bradley Joelson, Matthew
Joelson, Todd Greenberg, Scott Greenberg,
Julie Greenberg, William Wainwright,
Louise Wainwright; great-grandson, Max.
Mr. Shiffman was the beloved husband
of the late Florence Shiffman; loving brother
of the late Joseph D. Shiffman and the late
Doris Shill-man.

NATHANIEL SHARE, 85, of
Birmingham, died March 17.
Mr. Share received a law degree from
Wayne State University in 1939 and served
in the Army Air Forces. After World War II
he joined law school friend Lester Bunin to
form Bunin-Share, Inc., which built 10,000
homes and commercial buildings in the
Detroit area.
At age 70 he volunteered as a lawyer
with the Legal Aid and Defender
Association in Detroit. He was a member of
the Berkley School Board for 12 years.
Mr. Share is survived by his wife of 52
years, Ruth Share; sons and cLughters-in-
law Daniel Share and Sophie Fierro of
Birmingham, David Share and Kate Jones
of Arizona, Michael Share of New York;
daughter and son-in-law Judith Share
Saretsky and Gary Saretsky of
Birmingham; grandchildren Sara, Eve,
Noah, Emma and Gabriel Share,
Matthew and Elyse Share Saretsky; sisters
and brother-in-law Sara Morris of
Southfield, Caroline and Bernard
Zemmol of Bloomfield Hills; brothers
and sisters-in-law Leslie and Florence
Share of Bloomfield Hills and Louis and
Harriet Share of Los Angeles. He was the
dear brother-in-law of the late Joseph
Morris.
